Please be sure your nominee has accepted your proposal for nomination before you nominate him or her for CWops membership (and that the nominee does not appear on the “declined membership” list at https://cwops.org/operators-declining-cwops-nomination/). Remember, you need to have made 2 QSOs with the nominee within the last 12 months at 25 wpm or faster and you should be satisfied that he or she is proficient in using Morse code. Also, check the New Member Status Chart to make sure that the nominee hasn’t already been nominated, and please state briefly on the form why you are nominating him or her.
