New Member Sponsorship Form

To sponsor a nominee, check the New Member Status Chart to be sure he or she is a nominee. Then, fill out the form below. Remember, to sponsor someone to CWops membership you should be satisfied that he or she is proficient in using Morse code.  Our Bylaws further require that you’ve made 2 QSOs with the operator at 25 wpm or faster within the last 12 months.  Finally, please say why you are sponsoring him or her.
